Getting in the groove

I know I have been slacking in blogging and running. Man I need to just make a schedule and stick with it. It seems pretty hard at times when my husband's schedule changes constantly and finding a sitter who is flexible and reliable makes it tough to get in the groove. That is no excuse. I have made my goal to either swim a mile or run every day and that so far has been met! YAY! I have yet to combine both of them on the same day however that is my goal, eventually. :) Tonight I did a 2 and a quarter mile run. Now to drink my sustain to replenish my body and then in the morning another run! So until then Goodnight. :)

A New Start

Today I am starting a new start to my life and change to my routine. After having four children I know I have physically changed and mentally I am runny crazy. ;) I often feel that if I talk about what I'm going through I am complaining and that is not the point of this blog. It is for me to voice what I really want to say and just get it off my chest. So for today we are starting with a new start!
I started working about again after being on bed rest with my four child. I think I did a great job kicking my bum. 3 miles down on the bike and 1.5 running after stretching then on to weight lifting. I have found that after exercising my anxiety decreases and I go home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated to deal with the chaos that comes with different little personalities. Today the windows are opened and supper cleaning begins. With this new start of running crazy I am also dejunking my house as well as my mind. I know my mind will talk a lot longer than a week but like I said it's a new start and things are going to change! :)
